Links

The importance of being linked to from other sites and blogs is probably already common knowledge amongst website and blog owners.

More inbound links means a better PR from those nice people at Google.

But it’s the quality of those inbound links that is the really important part. Obtaining them isn’t hard, but most people want a reciprocal link back to their site, si the value of your inbound link is not so great. Better if the link is what is known as One-Way. That means you don’t link back to the originating site and the value of that inbound link is much greater from Google’s aspect. Even better if that one-way inbound link comes from a high PR site.

Unfortunately, one-way inbound links from high PR site are as rare as hens teeth unless you’re willing to pay for them – and it can cost a pretty penny!

Until now, that is.

I know of a great site that will give you one-way inbound links from high PR sites for free.

I’ll say that again.

I know of a great site that will give you one-way inbound links from high PR sites for free. And I’m going to share it with you, because I’m such a nice guy! There is no catch. You just opt-in to their email list (like everything else these days) and they accept you as a member for free.

Then you have access to a long list of sites that will give you a free one-way inbound link – all you have to do is go to the sites and fill in their forms. Ok, it’s time consuming – nothing in this world is truly free in the sense that you don’t get something for nothing. But in this case, the “something” will only cost you some time, not money.

So that has to be a good thing, right?

Here is the link and yes, it’s an affiliate link. Why? Because you need to refer just three people to their site and they give you additional free access to more and higher PR sites that give you one-way back-links, which is what I want and what you’ll want too. So click the link and sign-up and thank me for putting you on to it later when you get your ton of free one-way back-links!

You can CLICK HERE to go to the site and start building your chance of a better PR.

Here’s a nice viral link spreading idea from Monika at The Writers Manifesto that I just found this morning. It’s a nice way of spreading some blog links around and will help us bloggers get to know each other better!

———copy and paste the Viral Words Puzzle and instructions below this line———

Below is a word puzzle that reflects niches in Internet marketing. The aim of the game is to choose one particular unlinked word only for yourself and then hyperlink it with your URL. Please be fair and only participate once. You will gain a lot of traffic by doing this simple method as we will all have the possibility to get linked by thousands of people. The more people participate in this, the merrier it gets for back links. Due to Google and their link farm strategies I have kept the word puzzle to a maximum of 50 words. If you happen to come across this posts somewhere else, and the viral word puzzle is full, then simply start again with your own 50 words viral words puzzle.

Writer blogger blogging writing business work from home Internet marketing

Marketing viral SEO home business web 2.0 traffic generation word press

Squidoo search marketing website building you tube my space how to Technorati

Internet money design products make money info-preneur make money blog

Freelancing tech WAH work at home online marketing content communication

Social networking social networks networking Adsense advertising arbitrage

Google ads social media yahoo leadership mlm network marketing psychology

What’s real great about this is that we can all create some linky love and have fun doing it. When I receive a ping back once you have added the Viral Word Puzzle to your site I will add your link to this grid, and each person who copies the grid from here will also link to your site!

Rules
No Porn Sites
Only 1 link per person (i.e don’t hog the viral word puzzle!)
Please don’t tamper with other peoples URL’s

Have Fun!

That’s about it. Enjoy it and please spread this around!

Its the time of the week to spread some more link love around the blogosphere to people in my circle that I count as friends, colleagues and fellow workaholics!

First up is Trent, who’s been around in this business for many years and is very successful. His blog, Biz Tips Blog – Home Business Tips and it’s parent website have got a ton of great work from home business ideas and tips as well as links to some well recommended and scam-free products and services.

Next is Monika, who writes a fantastic blog at The Writers Manifesto and keeps it chock full of interesting posts regarding how to make money from your blog and writing, which tend to go hand in hand! She’s been a good friend for a long time now and we’ve both been helping each other to push our way to success.

Finally for today is Shezz, who’s currently having a whale of a time up in Darwin (NT, Oz) with her family taking 3 months out to chill. When she gets back to Adelaide, it’ll be business as usual, I’m sure. Her blog can be found at Stay Home Mum.

That’s all for today. More link love next week!

As bloggers, we all need to help one another get a leg up the long ladder of the search engine behemoth that drives the internet. We have some great communities in MyBlogLog, BlogCatalog, Fuelmyblog etc and often visit each other’s blogs to get ideas, tips and of course to enjoy a good read! So what better way to further the lot of bloggers in our own community circles than to spread a little link love to our friends every now and again.

This is a great idea I’ve decided to copy from my good friend Monika, author of The Writers Manifesto. She has been a solid regular supporter of my forum since its inception and we’ve both help each other out on lots of issues whilst building our respective websites. Monika is a fantastic writer and her blog really is worth going over to visit as there is always something interesting and new to read there. She recently successfully completed a “Write 100 Articles in 30″ Days challenge, so that gives you some idea of her incredible output!

Another good friend is Tammy who is the author of Articles Plus, a great blog aimed at work at home people with something for everyone. Tammy also hosts her own forum at Real WAH Jobs Forum which is a great place to meet new people and find out about genuine work at home jobs.

Someone I’ve known since my re-entry into the online world last year is Dena, who was one of the first people I met at the WhyDoWork forum. Back then she pointed me to her blog Making Money on Internet for Beginners which helped me get back into the world of internet marketing last year after an absence of many years. It pointed me in the right direction and helped me a lot then and it is still a very good mine of information for anyone new to this business.

Well, that’s all for this first post of Link Love The Honest Way. I’ll be doing this on a regular basis letting everyone know that it’s ok to give out back-links without penalty from the search engines. It’s a nice way of giving something back to friends and acquaintances and people who have helped me by spreading the good word around in my own small slice of the blogosphere!
